I am Mayank Jain a 2nd year student currently pursuing B.Sc. Hons in Physics from the esteemed Delhi University. My specific areas of interest are Astrophysics, Quantum Mechanics and Biophysics and therefore my research is predominantly based on these areas. My ongoing research in the field of Astrophysics from the past 2 years are primarily focused on exploring new theories and alternatives to explain the Cosmological Expansion and the foundation of black holes. Currently I am working on the latter with my University Professor on 2D Quantum Dots (Solid State). My research on Patterned Magnetic Thin Films and that on Quantum Spin Liquids: Novel Platforms for Emergent Quasiparticles is also undergoing under the same Professor. Along with my aforementioned research, I am also developing my own unique project which comes under the fusion of Physics, Chemistry and Biology. As of now I have many achievements (particularly in the field of Astronomy) which validate my above claims of being a budding researcher and
