Hello! My name is Amber Pineda, and I am part of the graduating class of 2024. Since I was young, I have had a profound respect and appreciation for science and math, especially for physics! I especially like astrophysics. Not only is it one of the oldest sciences known to man, but it also entails the study of planets, stars, galaxies, black holes, and other like phenomena. I find it incredibly captivating that we have such an extensive library of knowledge on the universe yet so many mysteries and puzzles remain unsolved. Having resided in Guam for almost nine years, I’ve seen the gifts and talents of my peers and what they have to offer. My ultimate goal as an IAAC Ambassador is to bring these gifts and talents to an international scene. As for my hobbies and personal interests, I am a pianist, an aspiring physicist, chess player, and a woodworker. I am likewise interested in model engineering, paper mache, pyrography, architecture, web design, and programming.
